Form 106 (טופס 106) is the annual summary every employer must issue each employee. It shows total salary, tax withheld, and pension or social contributions for that tax year.
If you worked for more than one employer in a year, you should have a separate Form 106 from each employer.
Your employer will usually send you a Form 106 each year. If you do not have a copy, ask your employer payroll or HR team for it, or download it from your Tax Authority personal account.
Why we need it
Form 106 is the core evidence behind most refund claims. It lets your CPA compare the tax withheld against the part of your salary that may qualify for refund treatment.
Steps
If you already have Form 106 from your employer, upload that copy. Otherwise, download it from your Tax Authority account:
- 01Log in to your Tax Authority personal account (אזור אישי) using the link above.
- 02Look for the Form 106 area, often shown near the bottom of the personal account homepage.
- 03Choose the tax year you need. The portal usually lets you access recent years directly.
- 04Download each employer form separately if you had more than one employer that year.
- 05Repeat for every year you are claiming.
Common problems
- No Form 106 section showing? Make sure you are fully logged in. It can also mean the employer has not filed it yet.
- Worked only a few months? You are still entitled to a Form 106 for that employment period.
What to do next
- Upload one Form 106 per employer for each tax year you are claiming.
- Pair these forms with your entry and exit records so your file shows both income and time outside Israel.
