We may collect your name, email, phone number, Israeli ID, tax years, quiz answers (including anonymous eligibility-estimate visits and optional estimate emails before signup), event or campaign contact details (name, phone, email, and whether you are interested as a client or partner), document metadata, uploaded tax documents, and optional advanced intake details such as foreign income/tax paid, dependent information, and potential credit or deduction notes.

How We Use It

Your information is used to prepare your intake file, review the details and documents needed for your claim, track review status, contact you about eligibility or partnership when you leave details on a campaign or event form, and contact you about your submission.

Document handling

Uploaded tax documents are stored securely and used only to review and prepare your claim. Pending or rejected files can be removed from your document list at any time. Accepted files may be retained while your case is under review so we do not interrupt a submitted claim.

Storage and Retention

We retain intake records while your case is active and then only as long as needed for legal, tax, audit, and support purposes.

Your Choices

• You can remove pending or rejected documents from your document list.
• For account deletion, data deletion, or other privacy requests, email olimtax@gmail.com.
• Accepted files may be kept while your case is under review so we do not interrupt a submitted claim.
